Adecco Ligaen (League 2)
Adecco Ligaen is the second league of football in Norway, this is where teams from Tippeligaen are demoted to if they are located on the bottom 3. Unlike the Tippeligaen however, the top 3 of Adecco Ligaen get promoted to Tippeligaen and the bottom 3 of the league get demoted to a branch of lower leagues that are hard to get back from.
This is the table for the season 2011-2012. Start, Sarpsborg, and Sandefjord are the top 3 of the Adecco Ligaen and will be promoted next year, while the bottom three will be demoted.
